Job Description

Job Overview:
- TTS Group is seeking a Junior Executive – Operations for their shipping sector, focused on customs operations. The role is located in the Maldives with openings for candidates looking to join a leading logistics service provider. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of customs formalities and document submission
- Classify goods using tariff coding systems and determine applicable duties and taxes
- Represent clients in interactions with customs officials when required
- Track shipments and maintain accurate records using internal systems
- Stay updated on customs regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements
- Communicate documentation requirements and updates to clients effectively

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum GCE O/L or equivalent educational qualifications
- Possessing valid form filling license issued by Maldives Customs Services is an advantage
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics industry
- Good computer literacy
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
