Job Description

We are currently inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Landing Craft Captain to support our marine and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
The Landing Craft Captain will be responsible for the safe navigation, operation, and overall command of the landing craft. This includes ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, maintaining vessel safety standards, supervising crew members, coordinating loading and unloading activities, and ensuring timely and efficient marine operations. The role requires a high level of responsibility, professionalism, and commitment to safety at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

Must hold a valid Sea Vessel Captain License

NIYAMI course must be successfully completed

Certified to operate vessels with a minimum tonnage capacity of 300

Demonstrated excellent navigational skills with strong practical knowledge of seamanship

Proven ability to manage vessel operations safely and efficiently

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with crew and management

Ability to work under pressure, meet operational deadlines, and function independently with minimum supervision

Physically and medically fit for marine duties.
