Position Overview: We are looking for a capable and proactive IT System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our core insurance and business systems. This role goes beyond routine administration — you will own system stability, resolve issues at L1 and L2 level, coordinate with vendors, conduct root cause analysis, and contribute to how our systems improve over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor core insurance systems and Sub systems on a daily basis
- Provide L1 and L2 support for all business application issues; log, investigate, and resolve within SLA
- Investigate and fix application bugs; coordinate fixes with vendors and validate before deployment
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis for all significant failures and present findings with an action plan
- Monitor and manage API integrations between core systems and third-party platforms
- Coordinate with system vendors — raise tickets, track resolutions, attend meetings, and document outcomes
- Plan and execute UAT for system releases, patches, and enhancements
- Maintain accurate system documentation, patch logs, error logs, and monthly health reports
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations across all assigned platforms
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in IT administration or related professions
- Enterprise application administration — user management, system monitoring, scheduled jobs
- API integration monitoring and basic troubleshooting skills
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and takes ownership from problem to closure
