Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Services & Operations Manager to lead the deployment of our ERP system. This role involves guiding the entire implementation process, resolving existing system issues, and ensuring that the system's functionality and configuration are aligned with the company’s needs. The ideal candidate will drive successful system adoption throughout the organization and manage all the systems in place within our company. We are seeking someone with a strong background in implementing and managing ERP systems, including SAP and Dynamics, and extensive experience in IT systems management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Oversight: Lead and manage the implementation project for the ERP system, ensuring that it meets the company’s specific needs and resolves existing issues.
• Assessment and Analysis: Perform a thorough review of the current system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) to identify issues and gaps, collaborating with stakeholders and contractors to determine necessary improvements and adjustments. Ensure that system configurations and customizations align with our business model and processes.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with the contractor and other relevant third-party vendors to ensure that all aspects of the project implementation processes are executed according to plan, within budget, and on schedule.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic plan for the implementation process, including project timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and change management strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback, manage expectations, and ensure that the implemented system aligns with business processes and meets user requirements.
• Training and Support: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for end-users, ensuring that the system is effectively adopted and utilized across the company.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise to ensure successful project completion.
• Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of the re-implementation process, including system configurations, customizations, and user guides.
• Manage the IT Services & Operations Department, ensuring the fulfilment of all IT support needs across the organization.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be an added advantage
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in ERP systems implementation and management, with a proven track record in managing ERP projects such as Dynamics 365 and SAP.
Supplementary Qualifications & Skills:
• Professional certificates: Project Management Professional (PMP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or other professional certification in similar field will be an added advantage
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ERP systems architecture, data integration, and customization. Proficiency in Dynamics 365, SAP, and other major ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• IT Systems Management: Extensive experience in IT systems management, including project management, system integration, and network infrastructure.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive project success. Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve system issues effectively.
