Job Description

Job Role

• Provisioning, configuring, monitoring, upgrading, and maintaining Information & Communication Technology (ICT) systems.
• Ensuring system availability, operational integrity, and adherence to Group Policies and procedures on ICT.
• Ensuring a proper inventory is maintained of ICT systems.
• Safeguarding data confidentiality and information security.
• Providing occasional guidance and sharing technical expertise with team members.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology
• Minimum one-year relevant industry experience.
• Professional certifications MCSA, CCNA etc
• Excellent command in Dhivehi & English
• Technical skills in ICT
• Problem solving ability, capability to multi-task and learn new concepts quickly
