We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Officer to manage daily HR operations with a focus on payroll administration. This role will serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related matters while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll and verify attendance/overtime/leave.
- Handle new hire entries, final settlements, and ensure compliance with tax/pension laws.
- Prepare payroll reports, liaise with finance, and maintain secure records.
- Support audits, statutory filings, and labor law compliance.
- Assist employees with payroll queries, documents, and onboarding/offboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in HR or related field (CPP, CIPD, SHRM, ACCA is a plus).
- 2–5 years of payroll/compensation experience.
- Knowledge of HR Matrix software preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Solid grasp of tax regulations and labor laws.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly confidential.
