Job Description

Key Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

• Proven experience in human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

• Good understanding of HR best practices, local labor laws, and employment regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to make data-driven decisions.

• Experience in team leadership and coordination, with a track record of managing HR projects and initiatives effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance on professional development and career growth for employees.

• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.

• Collaborate with management to support organizational goals and promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
