Job Description

• Primarily responsible for staff on-boarding
• Maintain staff master list
• Make sure that probation of new employees are done on time
• Maintain and update probation tracker daily and send probation evaluation letters, and probation form to respective departments
• Prepare correspondences related to employment changes 
• Update contract renewal tracker daily
• Prepare contract renewals
• Provide effective and efficient administrative support system to the department
• Any other HR assignments relevant to the job
