We are a fast-growing events, venue, and F&B company seeking a HR & Talent Manager to build and manage our entire people function.
This is a standalone role, responsible for recruitment, HR operations, and creating structured systems to support business growth.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and capable of managing both strategic and operational HR tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Priority)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments
- Post job openings and source candidates (local & international)
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring
- Work with recruitment agents and external sources
- Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline
HR Operations
- Maintain staff records, contracts, and documentation
- Manage onboarding and employee setup
- Track attendance, leave, and staff data
- Ensure compliance with company policies
HR System & Process Development
- Develop structured hiring processes
- Create HR workflows and documentation systems
- Improve staff tracking and reporting
- Implement simple HR tools/systems
Employee Coordination
- Handle staff communication and basic HR issues
- Support department heads with staffing needs
- Ensure smooth coordination across teams
Skills Needed
Core Skills (Must-Have)
- Strong recruitment and hiring ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High organizational and multitasking ability
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently (no large HR team)
Technical / Practical Skills
- Experience with job platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HR processes (contracts, onboarding, records)
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage documents and systems
Advanced / Bonus Skills
- Experience hiring internationally (India, Nepal, Sri Lanka)
- Ability to build simple HR systems (tracking, workflows)
- Familiarity with automation tools (optional)
- Understanding of labor/work visa processes (advantage)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5+ years experience in HR or recruitment
- Hands-on and execution-focused (not just policy-based)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability
