About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in various HR functions including recruitment, documentation, employee engagement, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare employee contracts, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documentation
- Maintain organized records of employee data and files
- Support onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives
- Handle general administrative tasks and support the HR team in daily operations
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
- Good command over MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- High attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
