HR & ADMIN MANAGER

SILVER SANDS IS THE LEADING OPERATOR OF DIVE AND WATER SPORTS FACILITIES AT UPMARKET RESORTS ACROSS THE MALDIVES. WITH 13 CENTERS UNDER OUR MANAGEMENT, WE ALSO OVERSEE SEVERAL SHOWROOMS, NAMELY EVO HOME, EVO FLOORING, EVO SOLUTIONS AND SEA GEAR, ALONGSIDE AN INBOUND TRAVEL BUSINESS.

WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A DYNAMIC AND SELF-DISCIPLINED INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR HEAD OFFICE TEAM. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS A HIGH LEVEL OF MOTIVATION AND ENERGY.

THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE FROM MAY 2024.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Managerial experience of at least 5 years in Human Resources
• Communicate fluently in both verbal & written English
• Proactive & should be well organized
• Strong leadership & excellent Management skills
• Able to multi-task & meet multiple deadlines
• Preferably exposure to multi-cultural workforce

Responsibilities:

• Overall, in charge of HR & Administration function of the Company and Subsidiary Companies.

We offer a remuneration package of MVR 30,000 to 35,000 per month, inclusive of allowances, depending on your experience and qualifications.
