Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin & HR Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist in handling employee records, recruitment support, general office administration, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
* Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
* Maintain accurate and updated employee records and documentation
* Assist in preparing HR reports, contracts, and letters
* Coordinate internal meetings, maintain office supplies, and handle correspondence
* Support in organizing staff events and training sessions
* Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, contracts, and documentation
* Act as the first point of contact for general HR-related inquiries
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee matters
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Strong communication skills in both English and Dhivehi
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Prior experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Friendly, approachable, and discreet with sensitive information
* Nationality: Maldivian
