Job Description

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually appealing designs across various mediums.

You will be responsible for designing marketing materials, social media graphics, website visuals, and other digital and print assets that align with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, website graphics, email campaigns, brochures, banners, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into creative solutions.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are modern and effective.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines.
• Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of design templates and style guides.

Qualification:

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative thinking.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept to completion.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience with design tools like Sketch or Figma.
• Familiarity with web design and development basics (HTML, CSS).
