Position Overview

MGH Group of Companies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and communication goals. You will work on a variety of design projects including advertisements, social media content, websites, packaging, and print materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of visual assets including digital and print advertisements, social media graphics, website banners, brochures, posters, and product packaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Develop visual concepts that effectively communicate our brand message.
• Create and edit images, illustrations, and graphics using industry-standard design software.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback and approval.
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet project specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with printers and external vendors for the production of printed materials.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Advanced Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Soft Skills:
  • High level of creativity and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
