QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Undergraduate Degreeor Diploma in a relevant field + 2 yearswork experience
- Experience working in a similar area will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Knowledge about using expatriate online system
- Excellent written and oral communication skill
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work overtime as and when required
- Must possess initiative, be reliable, dependable, eye for detail and be able thrive under pressure.
IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NO LIMITED TO:
- Prepare attendance, overtime, payroll, pension sheet and issue salary slips on timely manner monthly.
- Update and Maintain database of all staff and ensure all records of employees are up to date always.
- Update and Maintain staff records and files.
- Assist in recruitment process such preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, setting interviews and informing selected candidates, developing, renewing, and extending contracts.
- Dealing with grievances according to disciplinary procedures.
- Conduct inductions to new staff when required.
- If dismissal of an employee is required, ensure proper laws are followed.
- Conduct exit interviews for the resigned/terminated staff and ensure proper handover process completes.
- Assist in appraisals process as per the policies.
- Ensure all attendance and leave record are updated timely and maintained accordingly and accurately.
- Check and ensure staff have leave balance are well maintained and provide leave chit accordingly.
- Arrange, write and maintaining records of meeting minutes of HR related meetings and committees.
- Adhere proper procedures related to work permits/ visas and all the fees are paid on a timely manner through the expatriate portal.
- Stay up to date with all the laws related to expatriate staff.
- Assist in conducting HR research, training requirement, employee surveys to gain insight into staff concerns and to improve all aspects of human resource management.
- Organize and coordinate staff meetings, trainings, and other events.
- Provide and ideas and suggestions to develop and improve departmental work process.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional campaigns and activities of the company
- Other ad hoc HR duties to support Agro Team.
WORKING HOURS:
- 08:00am to 16:00pm (Sunday to Thursday; and Saturdays if needed).
