Job Overview:

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ of proven experience in a supervisory role in HR
- Strong knowledge of Maldives Employment Law and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software (e.g. Odoo) is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
