JOB SUMMARY

Executive – Human Resources and Administration is responsible for supporting the Human Resources and Administration department of the company. This role is dedicated to delivering courteous, professional, efficient, and adaptable service in alignment with Standard Policies and Procedures, aiming to enhance employee satisfaction while ensuring compliance with the Employment Act of the Maldives.

REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATION

• Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Excellent social / people skills
• Confidence in written and spoken communication
• Problem solving mindset
• Energetic, outgoing, pleasant and friendly personality
• Motivated, dedicated and positive attitude
• Punctual, reliable and a team player
• Friendly, approachable, and discreet with sensitive information
• Past experience in a related field will be an added advantage
