Job Description

Job Role

• Collaborate with principal/agents/ customers and local authorities and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Reporting documents to authorities and local agents.
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders on the delivery/transfer of documents and shipments.
• Handle air/sea freight shipments (imports and exports).
• Maintain professional and effective communication with all stakeholders in a timely manner.

Requirement

• GCE O/L or Equivalent Education Qualifications
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service or related field (preferably in logistics)
• Good command in Dhivehi & English
• Demonstrable interpersonal skills
• Computer Literacy and good at handling e-mails
