Job Description

• Keeping track of all work orders in eMaint
• Calculate work compliance for all sub teams
• Follow up with overdue work orders
• Filing and record keeping
• Ensure that the works are organized and assigned on a timely basis as instructed by the Management
• Ensure all preventive maintenance are in order and happening on a timely basis
• Ensure all required data for the reports are collected
• Liaise with procurement and supply chain in keeping PR records and receipt
• Assist stores staff in ensuring that the stocks are managed properly
