Job Description

As a responsible Dhoani Captain, you are required to report daily to the First Captain, maintain and assist in preparing the Professional Marine Logbook, monitor weather conditions and conduct proper risk assessments before sailing. You must create and manage duty rosters, oversee and train the crew, and ensure the hygiene and maintenance of both the vessel and crew quarters. All technical equipment must be licensed, functional, and well maintained. You are also responsible for organizing and assisting in safety, CPR, first aid, fire-fighting, and man-overboard trainings, managing real emergencies effectively, maintaining and repairing engines, coordinating with technicians, and performing any other duties assigned by the Company.
