DEPUTY MANAGER – CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT (1)

Job Scope

Working with the Credit Team of MIB to assist in analysing financing proposals in determining creditworthiness of existing and prospective clients based on financial statements, market data, historical track record, etc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that credit proposals approved are in line with Bank’s internal policies and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, the successful candidate is also required to prepare risk assessment synopsis and other analytical reports as and when required, improve portfolio quality through post-disbursement monitoring, and process MIS data required for internal and external reporting.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in related field with minimum 02 years of work experience in a similar field OR,
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field with minimum 03 years of work experience in a similar field.
• Proficiency in MS office suite of applications.
• Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively.
• Highly driven and self-motivated individuals with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High degree of independence and positive attitude towards work commitments.
• Take lead in audit assignments with moderate or minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills, sound professional judgement and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good command of English (both oral and written communication).
• Maintain highest level of integrity and independence.
