The Delivery Rider will be responsible for completing daily deliveries to customers, handling pickups, and ensuring that packages are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. This role is the frontline of customer experience and requires professionalism, punctuality, and responsibility.
Deliver customer orders accurately and on schedule.
Collect items from the office or pickup points for delivery.
Assist with customer collections when required.
Handle cash on delivery (if applicable) and return payments securely.
Maintain delivery records and update status through the mobile system/WhatsApp.
Ensure packages are handled carefully to avoid damage.
Report any delays, delivery issues, or customer concerns to the Operations Manager.
Keep the assigned bike/vehicle in clean, good condition and follow traffic rules.
Valid motorcycle license in the Maldives.
Good knowledge of Malé / Hulhumalé roads and areas.
Ability to use a smartphone for maps and order updates.
Strong communication skills in Dhivehi (basic English is an advantage).
Responsible, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude.
Van/Light Vehicle driving license will be considered an advantage.
