Job Description

1. Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
2. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
3. Supervising loading and unloading items from vehicles.
4. Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
5. Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules. 
6. Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
7. Obtaining delivery confirmations from customers
8. Assisting at the warehouse and back door.
9. Reviews and verifies invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy.
10. Contacts customers to confirm delivery details.
11. Must be highly responsible & reliable
12. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
13. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
