General Requirement
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative.
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong communication skills and a patient listener.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend Incoming queries from hotline, Social Media platforms and website.
- Hold up discipline, disheartens, anger, and personal issues when attending to end-client.
- Information, quotation and support provided by CSA’s has to be up-to-date and followed up with necessary department to ensure quality of service and information provided to end-client.
- Pro-active to serve customer requests and timely execution of work flow that involves customers.
- If/when a customer complaint arrives to notify your head & if/when not resolved complaint needs to passed to head at your earliest.
- Maintain customer relations with routine practice.
- Contribute to sales target set by company by coordinating with team while reaching set personal targets.
- Follow instruction given to ensure maximum records are documented of your work using tools given on a daily basis.
- Preparing shift end reports and delivering it to proper channels.
- Self-development and adherence, to work, to gain new skills to make the service you extend to end-client better.
