- Job Description

- Greet passengers and verify their travel documents.
- Process check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and baggage tags.
- Assist passengers with any inquiries or problems related to their bookings.
- Guide passengers to the appropriate bus for transportation to the seaplane terminal.
- Meet passengers at the seaplane terminal and provide guidance on lounge facilities and boarding procedures.
- Escort passengers from the lounge to the boarding gate and ensure they have all necessary information and documentation.
- Assist passengers with boarding the aircraft when boarding clearance is given.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring passenger satisfaction.
- Resolve passenger complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Adhere to strict timeframes for check-in and boarding procedures.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations and on-time departures.
