Job Description

Selected candidates will join our Medical Takaful Operations Team and are required to perform the operational tasks as well as providing support and services to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Attending all incoming calls.
  • Handling customer calls and providing accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • Flexibility to work from office and home

 

 

Requirements

  • Able to work from 04 pm to 12 am including public holidays.
  • Minimum one year of experience in the customer care field.
  • Possess good communication skills and the ability to handle difficult customers.
  • Good performance in GCE O’ Level
