Job Overview:
TTS Group is looking for a Customer Service and Documentation Officer to collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate smooth operations. The position involves handling air/sea freight shipments and requires effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with principal/agents/customers and local authorities and internal teams.
- Report documents to authorities and local agents.
- Coordinate with customers and stakeholders on delivery/transfer of documents and shipments.
- Handle air/sea freight shipments (imports and exports).
- Maintain professional and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- GCE O/L or Equivalent Education Qualifications.
- Minimum one year experience in customer service or related field (preferably in logistics).
- Good command in Dhivehi & English.
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills.
- Computer Literacy and good at handling e-mails.
