Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (Full Time)
Location: Hulhumale’
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, take customer orders and provide recommendations and suggestions to customers for choosing drinks and snacks on the menu.
- Answering customer enquiries & passing accurate information about our menu items.
- Attending customer complains & making sure that the customer’s experience is a positive one.
- Responsible for cash, debit card and account transfer payments from customers.
- Count money in cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts tally with POS figures.
- Responsible for preparing cashier report and shift handover reports.
- Keep reports of transactions and prepare daily reports: bank transfer and delivery report.
- Ensuring that customers are served with a friendly and helpful manner.
Qualifications:
- GCE O’ Levels.
- Previous experience in a similar position will be an added advantage.
- Should have excellent communication skills in English & Dhivehi (both written and spoken).
- Friendly personality.
- Computer knowledge in MS office applications.
- Hands on experience in handling POS terminal will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work long hours.
Salary and Benefits range: MVR 8500 to 9000
