- Completed GCE O’ Level Examination with minimum three passes.
- Previous experience in a similar field will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) English and Dhivehi.
- Flexible to work on various shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Well organized with ability to work both independently and within the team environment.
- Must be willing to learn about the products & adapt to change within the organization and the industry.
- Candidate must be result oriented, innovative, and have strong problem-solving skills.
- Candidate must be punctual and willing to work long hours if the job demands.
- Listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions and provide information about the company's products and services
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone or emails. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
