Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- Passed O-levels
- Possesses excellent communication skills.
- Possesses aptitude and upward mobility
- Possesses a pleasant and friendly personality
- A self-starter with good time management, organizational and multitasking skills, who can prioritize and arrange workload to meet tight deadlines and resolve problems independently
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications,
Main Responsibilities
- Takes guest bookings for Spa services by voice or correspondence; processes bookings and issues confirmations to guests in an accurate and timely manner
- Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills; Intuitively recommends and effectively upsells treatments, packages and retail items in a sensitive and personalized manner;
- Has a thorough understanding of all services including benefits, indications & contraindications for each of the treatments
- Maintains guest history records
- Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden Rule
- Performs any additional duties as assigned
