Corporate Concierge Services Private Limited is looking for a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to lead our food and beverage operations at our contracted outlets in resorts and islands across the Maldives.
We are a third-party service provider seeking a professional to oversee kitchen operations, menu development, and ensure compliance with all food and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage food preparation and culinary operations at our contracted outlets.
* Develop, update, and introduce new and seasonal menus.
* Manage and lead our culinary staff.
* Handle operational costing and budgeting.
* Conduct site visits to our outlets in various resorts and islands.
* Ensure strict adherence to Maldives food safety guidelines.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in culinary management and operations.
* Strong knowledge of menu creation and cost control.
* Thorough understanding of Maldives food and safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Based in Male' City with regular to travel to island and resort outlets.
