Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee construction and development projects for Anex Tour Maldives Pvt. Ltd.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction project management, preferably within hospitality, resort, or luxury development projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, technical drawings, and construction methodologies.
* Familiarity with both local and international suppliers.
* Source suppliers, obtain quotations, prepare comparison analyses, and support procurement decisions.
* Coordinate the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services for resort development projects.
* Proficient in project scheduling, progress reporting, and technical documentation.
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
* Position based at the Head Office in Malé.
* Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
