Job Description

As a Chief Engineer, we rely on you to;

 

• Attend to all maintenance and repair of buildings, fixtures, fittings and equipment
• Contribute ideas & suggestions to improve profitability of hotel
• Ensure that the equipment in the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently
• Ensure the efficient and economic operations of the Engineering Department

 

We are looking for someone who;

 

• Has a passion for Engineering
• Preferably has a degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
• Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience as a Chief Engineer
• Experience working in a remote location is considered an advantage
• Has relevant experience with an International Hotel Group
• High proficiency in English both written and verbal
• Has a great Leadership & Interpersonal skills
• Is self-driven, goal oriented, challenges the status quo
• Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
• Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
• Is a motivator, self-starter and a team-builder
