Key Tasks & Responsibilities
· Create comprehensive sales and business development strategies to achieve the company's revenue targets.
· Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and work closely with sales teams to implement strategies effectively.
· Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and report on key metrics to senior management.
· Generate regular reports on sales activities, progress against targets, and market conditions.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to sales representatives, helping them improve their skills and performance.
Qualification
· University degree/SLIM/CIM graduate or any other marketing qualification
· More than 02-year Experience in marketing or sales field
Key Skills
· Understanding of the distribution industry and market dynamics
· Excellent verbal and written communication in English
· Knowledge on office package especially on MS Excel
· Ability to analyze data
