• Opening and/or closing of the boutique during hours set by management.
• Delivering exceptional, warm, and personalized service to all resort guests.
• Handling day-to-day sales
• Conflict resolution with retail guests in a calm and professional manner
• General upkeep of the boutique and product display
• Keeping track of stock as needed
• Assisting with unpacking, labeling, and tagging of products as needed
• Maintaining close and regular communication with Boutique Coordinator
