- Undertake and assist in therapies and other clinical duties under the guidance and supervision of the designated clinical supervisors/psychologists.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of the changes and improvements in clients during and following treatment.
- Assist in conducting training, awareness and advocacy programs conducted by the institute.
- Promote safety, understanding and good mental health of the clients and family members.
- Provide support and assistance to the clients when required.
- Present yourself to public and media events to represent ICP and promote its events and image as and when required.
- Knowledge of psychological assessment methods, case conceptualization, and treatment planning.
- Ability to deliver evidence-based psychological interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, psychoeducation, and supportive counselling under appropriate supervision where required.
- Expected to regularly step in to assist with additional tasks and responsibilities to maintain workflow and meet deadlines during staffing gaps or high-demand periods.
- Prepare necessary documentations / reports while performing the role.
- Participate in trainings / seminars / workshops on the request of the management.
- Always maintain confidentiality of clients and all matters / documents.
