Director – Audit & Accounting

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the audit team, ensuring efficient workflow and performance
  • Conduct audit procedures in accordance with the audit plan and regulatory standards
  • Facilitate information flow between partners, Heads of Departments (HoDs), and the audit team to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in developing strategic plans for the audit department by conducting research and reviewing relevant financial and regulatory information
  • Manage client relationships, including international clients, acting as a key liaison to address their audit and financial requirements

 

Job Requirements

  • Maldivian nationality (preferred)
  • Professional qualification in Accountancy/Audits
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive role, preferably within the Accounting/Audits profession preferred
  • Computer literate with working knowledge on Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Ability to work independently with multiple priorities and meet challenging deadlines
  • Pleasant personality & attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills
