Job Description

Linkserve Pvt Ltd is seeking a responsible and customer-focused Showroom Manager to support the daily operations of the showroom. The role involves  in supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining showroom standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales knowledge, and the ability to ensure smooth retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily showroom operations

• Supervise sales staff and support team performance

• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally

• Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and presentation of the showroom

• Support sales targets and promotional activities
