Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager
Location: Cristallo Private Limited (Main Office)
Starting Salary: MVR 16,000 / Month

Role Overview: As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will be part of a team including the Sales Executive, working closely with them to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities in the heavy equipment sector. This position reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager. We are planning a mass expansion on our Rental and Retail branch of the company and we are looking for a capable individual who is a capable negotiator and is keen on being a part of company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional effort into reaching targets and ensuring that KPIs are met.
• Oversee the tasks done by Sales Executive, imparting in-depth knowledge of our product line and sales strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
• Participate in telemarketing efforts to potential clients and leads with phone calls.
• Actively participate in client meetings and negotiations, closing high-value deals.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager on crafting and executing marketing campaigns that align with sales efforts.
• Refine sales strategies based on client feedback and emerging market trends.
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of heavy vehicles and construction machinery such as cranes, excavators, large trucks, dump trucks, bob cats, and dredgers is a must and will be considered first.
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field (sufficient work experience especially in the construction industry dealing with heavy vehicles will be take into consideration).
• Proven track record of successful sales management, preferably in the heavy equipment or related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
• Fluent in English, must be able to effortlessly communicate to clients and business partners.
• Must be able to work with high pressure at times to meet deadlines.
