General Requirements

• Degree or Masters Degree in Business Management or Health related field
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory position
• Healthcare experience is an advantage
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to build trusting relationships and collaborate well with people across different cultures and nationalities
• Must have excellent leadership and communication skills

 

Job Specification

• Assist Guest Services Manager in supervising daily front desk activities
• Supervise operations including assisting customers, monitoring staff and managing clinics
• Manage the day to day guest care service from OPD, IPD to admissions
• Personally handle queries to ensure accurate information is relayed to all team members and related departments as well as guests
• Facilitate effective communication link between patient and medical team
• Maintains quality and service standards
• Investigate all issues on floor and assist to resolve all mistakes for management team and working staff
• Attend to all queries and complaints of VIPs and guests
• Ensure all operations run smoothly and clinics are managed daily without interruptions
• Maintain and establish high quality standards as per company policies and SOPs
