Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing and/or experience working within an industry related to healthcare
Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
Ability to build and maintain partner relationships
Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time

Flexibility to travel outside Male’ for events

Devise marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing brand awareness and increasing sales and profits
Plan, organize, and execute marketing and outreach programs after conducting preliminary research
Act as a primary contact to address questions and inquiries regarding market related activities
Monitor field marketing programs regularly to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness.
Assess results of marketing programs and make recommendations
Recommend marketing techniques and tactics based on changing business demands.
Monitor and manage expenditures within allotted budget
Recommend innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growth.
Track and submit expenses in an organized and timely fashion
Keep updated on industry trends, competition, and new opportunities
Identifies, initiates a dialogue and partners with local cross-promotional business opportunities
Collaborate with campaign managers and other partners for all pre-show and post-show marketing activity, ensuring coordination between digital, content and field campaigns.
Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing
Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for company
Lead the planning, budget, execution and follow up for all field marketing events and health camps, at and outside TTH
Project manage event logistics, budgets, content development, collateral creation, social media strategies, email campaigns and lead follow-up
Negotiate with third-party vendors on promotional display and merchandise placement.
Maintain relationship with third-party vendors and venues
Assist and support all functions of Business Development and Marketing
