Assistant Director - Finance & Accounts · Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. · Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements. · Collating, preparing, and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries, and financial statements · Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting the Corporation Management in strategic planning. · Undertaking all works of project financing and management of development/operating Contracts. · Evaluating the financial standing of the Corporation and provide information for the short-term and long-term business plans. · Undertaking research into development models, pricing, competitors, and factors effecting project performance. · Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure. · Managing Corporate and Project budgets. · Developing and managing financial systems and models. · Carry out business modelling and risk assessments. · Create department SOP’s and supervise and manage the staff of the Accounts and Finance department. · Manage financial details of all Clients of the Corporation. · Liaise with Auditors and required Government authorities to ensure appropriate monitoring and maintenance of corporate finances. |
Act as the financial advisor for the Management of the Corporation.
