Degree in Computer Science or any tech related field
Minimum 1 - 3 years of work experience in related field
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools – Office 365
Strong written English skills for documentation, instruction and additional training content
Proven training experience, including defining training needs, designing, delivering and evaluating engaging content at both group and one on one level
Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
Job Specification
Assist front-line and system users by providing application usage guidance and training support
Coordinate and deliver application training programs across all hospital departments
Conduct role-based training for HIS (Vesalius), PACS, LIS, FIS and other hospital applications
Provide structured onboarding training for new staff
Conduct recurring refresher training to reinforce correct system usage
Coordinate CME sessions on system upgrades, new modules, and workflow changes
Escalate recurring user issues and training gaps to the ICT Application Manager
Assist in reviewing system enhancements proposed by software vendors from a
training and adoption perspective
Stay updated with application changes, training methodologies, and healthcare IT
best practices
Provide occasional cover for Application Support Team as required
