Job Specification
Provide software application support under the supervision of the Manager, Application Support and Application Support Team Leader
Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications
Provide and plan training to new users on how to use new software or technology tools
Participating in the design, implementation, and support of new technology projects within TTH
Consult with the software development and operational team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
Establish the root causes of application errors, and escalate serious concerns to the Manager, Application Support and Application Support Team Leader.
Provide front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.
Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
