Position Overview

The Admin and Marketing Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support and assist in marketing initiatives within the company.

This role is critical in ensuring smooth office operations, maintain company records, coordinate meetings, and help drive marketing campaigns that promote our services in the MEP engineering sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Maintain and organize company records, ensuring that all important documents are filed and easily accessible.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for team members when needed.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into systems and databases, track invoices, and assist with budget management.
  • Assist in the drafting of internal communications and official documents.
  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote MEP services to target audiences.
  • Contribute to the development of content for company websites, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
  • Support in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
 

Terms of Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1–2 years in an administrative or marketing assistant role, ideally within the construction, engineering, or technical sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing strategies.
  • Ability to handle office tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills to handle a variety of administrative and marketing tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks and prioritize accordingly.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Able to assist in creating compelling marketing campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences.
