Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office documentation, handling financial and HR-related tasks, coordinating agreements and records, and maintaining effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, issue, and manage office documents, letters, agreements, and administrative records.
* Handle budget tracking, expense monitoring, and petty cash management.
* Maintain and organize HR forms, and administrative files.
* Ensure proper filing and record-keeping systems are maintained.
* Assist management with reports, schedules, and administrative support tasks.
* Support day-to-day office operations and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
* Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in administration, finance support, or office coordination is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
