Job Description
Maintain and update staff records, student registers, and all related documentation
Print and photocopy documents requested by teachers, and assist in distributing them as required
Respond to correspondence, including letters and emails, related to various administrative matters
Handle reception duties, including attending to visitors / parents and responding to inquiries
Dispatch student uniforms and other materials to parents and maintain records of issued items
Attend to phone calls and provide accurate information or direct them to the appropriate staff
Organize and manage the sending and filing of documents, including letters and emails, to relevant parties
Actively participate and cooperate in tasks that require collective effort within the team
Provide general administrative support to the school and staff as needed
