Responsibilities:
1. Initiate and pursue legal contracts and agreement as required
2. Ensure the license and permits of the properties are up to legal requirements and carry out routine inspections of the properties to ensure compliance as required.
3. Facilitate government organizations to carry out inspections of properties as required and coordinate with resort managements to rectify findings.
4. Draft and/or review legal letters, contracts, subcontracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance as required.
5. Work with project sites to review budgets and monitor progress of projects and release payments to contractors and sub-contractors as required
6. Ensure all projects are carried out in accordance with government rules and regulations and monitor project progress and report to required governmental agencies.
7. Carry out any other task given by Planning Director
