Job Description

TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR)
Post: Administrative Assistant
No of Vacancies: 01
Post Type: Permanent
Department: Corporate and Legal Affairs
Reporting to: Head of Corporate and Legal Affairs
Key tasks, responsibilities, and deliverables:
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Department.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information and documents
for corporate reports, agreements, and correspondence.
• Manage and maintain accurate filing systems for corporate records and official
documents.
• Assist in drafting corporate reports, official letters, notices, and committees related
documents.
• Support the arrangement of board and management committee meetings, including
logistics, document preparation, and follow-ups.
• Maintain meeting schedules and record minutes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and compile departmental reports as required.
• Maintain records of document entries, approvals, and dispatches within the
Department.
• Provide support for ad hoc requests as required by the Management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• GCE ‘O’ Level five pass
Or,
• Certificate Level 3 in relevant field.
Other Competencies required:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dhivehi and English.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.  
• Problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to change.
• Demonstrated job commitment and personal flexibility to meet changing
expectations. 
• Commitment to self-development and expansion of knowledge.
Remuneration package:
• Gross pay is MVR 13,800

Working Hours: 
• The selected applicant will be required to work from 0800 to 1600 on weekdays.
