- Job Description

- Maintain contracts of ground operation offices and ground service providers, current in coordination with the manager and relevant parties.
- Maintain stock level of aircraft cabin service items, operational stock, stationaries and all inventories by proper coordination with procurement department.
- Facilitate all meetings ground operations, including staff meetings and circulate minutes of meetings if necessary.
- Engage in providing urgent facilities and equipment including spares for vehicles.
- Manage leave plans in proper coordination with the manager.
- Carry out other administrative, HR, Finance and technical functions of the department in an organized manner with proper coordination of support departments and external parties.
